GP's Valuing General Practice campaign this week won the backing of the RCGP, NHS Alliance, National Association of Primary Care and Medical Women's Federation.
In the coming weeks, representatives of these organisations will be writing pieces explaining why they are supporting us.
There are many ways for practices and patients to take part in the campaign. We are particularly keen to hear the success stories of practices that can show they provide value to patients and communities.
This week we also launch the second in our series of downloadable posters that you can put up in your surgery. Building on last week's theme of practices costing patients just 20p per day, it shows the range of services that are provided for this sum.
Email us pictures of your team with your poster on display and we will include it on the campaign site at www.healthcarerepublic.com/value. Send them to GPValue@haymarket.com.
