This port is full of the rich, concentrated fruit that this traditional style would lead you to expect. Rich and peppery on the nose, with great intensity and length on the finish. Unusually for a LBV it throws a sediment.

This is a carefully made port, full of finesse and style. The flavours are supple and warming rather than astringent.
