Spring Budget tackled pension tax but ignored bigger picture for GPs

Doctors' leaders have welcomed Spring Budget changes that remove the threat of pension tax penalties for the vast majority of GPs - but warned that the measures do nothing to address other key factors driving the GP crisis.
