Refusal to suspend QOF and IIF 'pushing general practice closer to collapse'

NHS bosses are pushing general practice 'closer to collapse' by refusing to suspend tick-box targets, the BMA has warned - as some ICBs appeared to backtrack on plans to ease pressure on GPs while others are offering support in apparent defiance of national guidance.
