RCN offers stress management learning opportunity for nurses

A stress management learning opportunity is available in the personal development section on the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) learning zone.

Containing information on stress and stress management for individuals and organisations, the resource is underpinned with insights into the theory behind stress.

Its availability coincides with National Stress Awareness Day today.

More information for nurses on managing stress can be found in the RCN publication: ‘Managing Your Stress. A guide for nurses’.

It contains information on reducing and managing stress, the symptoms of stress, legal guidance and guidance on what employers should be doing.
