Health minister Lord Warner has urged the NHS and local councils to offer patients access to GPs, health services and social workers under one roof in ‘super-centres’. It is part of a drive to bring down the ‘organisational and physical barriers within healthcare, and between health and social care’, he said. ‘It is only logical for these complementary care systems to be located on the same site.’
