News in brief: Fairer complaints procedure

Proposals for a system to resolve complaints about health and personal social services (HPSS) in Northern Ireland have been published for consultation. ‘Complaints in the HPSS’ provides a unified complaints procedure which applies to all organisations including GP services and out-of-hours providers. The closing date for responses is 23 February 2007.
