News In Brief: Birmingham LMC ‘not pushing boycott'

Birmingham LMC has not voted to advise practices to boycott Choose and Book and practice-based commissioning or to close their lists, contrary to the impression given in last week’s edition. The LMC is advising practices to make their own decisions based on the advice given in the GPC document ‘Safeguarding Patient Services, Maintaining Cost-Effectiveness’.
