Move £1bn in QOF and PCN targets to core pay to restore GP professionalism, say MPs

GPs have been stripped of their professionalism by micromanagement through the GP contract, according to a report from MPs that calls for QOF and PCN target payments worth a combined £1bn to be moved into core funding.
