Each day-long event is intended to be intimate, with an audience of circa 200-250 UK-based GPs at each conference. With free admission for qualifying delegates, invitations to attend are initially targeted to GP specialists and partners working within the corresponding field of each meeting, before being extended to generalists GPs and locums. Each conference includes two 30-minute coffee breaks and a one-hour lunch break with all food and drinks served in the exhibition hall, giving you a total of over two-hours face-to-face time with delegates. MIMS conferences are designed to benefit commercial companies and charitable organisations of all sizes, with multiple promotional and educational opportunities available at each event. For example, attending as an exhibitor gives you the opportunity to showcase your products and services, whilst our exclusive Product Theatre sessions give you uninterrupted access to multiple groups of prescribers.
If you have key information that you want to communicate, involvement in a MIMS Conference as a supporter of a Sponsored Session places you at the heart of the event, with your session being integrated within the core learning path of the conference. Rather than competing with concurrent satellite symposia, your Sponsored Session will be held in the main seminar room, addressing the entire conference audience, giving you maximum engagement for your key educational messages. Haymarket is happy to work with you to agree on a suitable KOL speaker plus the appropriate session content, scope and tone will be agreed with the Conference’s Medical Director.
