Most LGBTQ+ doctors feel they have to hide their sexual orientation or gender identity at work

Fewer than half (46%) of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and queer doctors feel they can be open about their sexual orientation in their place of work or study and only a third (34%) of trans doctors say they can be open about their gender identify, a new BMA report has found.
