The reason I don't go to restaurants is because I am treated like the heartsink he describes, and confronted with idiocies like a filo pastry parcel with some slushy aubergine and tomato mess in it.
I have a host of delicious menus, with not a nut roast among them, which I would be delighted to divulge to Dr Duckham. The ingredients? Kitchen staples, vegetables and imagination. Dr Duckham, I am disappointed in you.
