Incentivise GP training with debt cancellation tied to fixed term of service, say LMCs

Doctors should be incentivised to become GPs by introducing a new 'MOD-style' sponsorship scheme that would include student debt cancellation in return for a fixed term of service as a salaried or principal GP, LMCs have said.
