GP vote on future of PCNs could strip BMA of negotiating mandate

GP leaders have set a two-week deadline to secure a mandate for talks on the primary care network (PCN) DES - opening a vote that could strip the BMA of its negotiating role and affect billions of pounds in funding currently channeled through PCNs.
