The practice has a list size of 16,000 patients and ooperates a triage model of care supported by a team including advanced nurse practitioners, physician associates and paramedic practitioners.
The practice can offer a Golden Hello payment, seven weeks of combined annual leave/study leave, possible flexible hours, a relocation package up to £5,000, possible use of a practice car and other benefits negotiable by discussion including annual flights home (if relocating from outside of the UK). The remuneration package for the salaried GP role is around £80,000 with the possibility of additional incentive options.
