Model Dynamode Bluetooth Stereo Headset BT-SHS-W

Price from £45

Available www.ebuyer.com www.smesolutions.co.uk

If life is getting in the way of the latest episode of the Archers, all is no longer lost — just invest in a pair of Bluetooth stereo headphones. No wires and no need to stay within a metre of the source. And if you miss a crucial episode, you can listen to it later through the BBC website on your computer.

Plug the Bluetooth dongle into the 3.5mm audio jack of the source of sound — radio, computer, hi-fi, MP3 player, phone — press the linking buttons on dongle and headphones, and you are up and running.

It works up to 15m away from the dongle, and will run for over six hours on one charge. No software required, just a 3.5mm audio jack with space for the dongle (circa 5x1x2cm). Remote controls are built into the headset allowing you to adjust the volume to your preference.
