Fresh Start Sessions for Ex-Smokers

Fresh Start, Derby City PCT’s stop smoking service, will be holding free support sessions for ex-smokers who want help to stay quit at Derby City Library, Victoria Street.

The sessions are designed to support people in their efforts to stay stopped by offering expert advice and information. Advice and support is also available on weight management and reducing stress.

The next session will be on 4th December, from 6pm to 7pm.  They will then take place on the first Monday of the month (except for January and May 2007, when they will be on the second Monday of the month).

For further information on these sessions or to sign up for individual support, please contact Hazel Freeborn on 01332 208077.
