The fourth RCGP Annual Primary Care Conference will be held at the Harrogate International Centre from 7 - 9 October 2010.
Now firmly established as the must attend event for GPs and practice teams, the conference highlights the latest clinical and policy developments across the UK and brings together an impressive range of national and international speakers.
This year's theme is sustainable primary care, in terms of GPs playing the central role in delivery of healthcare and also in playing our part against climate change.
The packed programme is being developed by experts to ensure there is something for everyone, with specially tailored streams for generalists, specialists, trainees, the newly qualified and members of the wider practice team.
Keynote speakers include Professor John Guillebaud, emeritus professor of reproductive health at University College, London, and Professor Jacky Hayden, dean of postgraduate medical studies at the North Western Deanery.
The organisers are promising many opportunities to network and exchange ideas with fellow delegates, with more than 1,000 primary care professionals expected to attend, and an extended programme of social events.
