Dental and Podiatry Services provided by Derby City PCT at Cathedral Road Clinic are in the process of relocating to purpose-built, state-of-the-art premises this month.
Dental Services will be moving to the brand new Coleman Health Centre on Coleman Street in Alvaston on Monday 11th June.
Podiatry Services has recently moved to Village Street Medical Centre on Browning Street.
The Cathedral Road building was always meant as a temporary location for the services and the site is soon to be redeveloped.
Trish Thompson, Director of Provider Services and Operations at the PCT, said: “We have endeavoured to give people plenty of notice and provide information about bus routes and alternative facilities. Consultations were held in relation to the development of services at the Village Community Medical Centre and Coleman Health Centre, and it is great to see services finally able to take advantage of the new spaces.”
The new buildings are fully disability compliant.
