Barclay must drop 'unreasonable pre-conditions' for junior doctor pay talks, says BMA

Health and social care secretary Steve Barclay must drop his 'unreasonable pre-conditions' for starting talks on junior doctor pay if he is serious about ending the current dispute, the BMA has said.
