Detail is available on a new website launched by the Princess Royal Trust for Carers at www.carers.org/professionals.

The website offers specialist information for those who work with carers in the health, education and social care sectors.

Carole Cochrane, chief executive at the trust, said: ‘Professionals in health, education and social care sectors are often the first point of contact and we are confident that this website will give them access to the latest information and thus be instrumental in making a difference to the lives of carers.’
