Video: Large consortia may fail to engage GPs, warns DoH adviser

National clinical commissioning network lead at the DoH Dr James Kingsland says small consortia may be better at engaging GPs.

He warns that GPs should not be pushed into forming large consortia by fears over managing financial risk, and suggests ways small consortia can handle risk.
