Review into health of NHS workforce

The independent review into the health and well-being of the NHS workforce, the Boorman Review, is calling for evidence.

The review will aim to produce a series of practical recommendations to improve health and well-being across the NHS and will report later this year.

Evidence is requested about which management approaches, policies and initiatives have been both successful and unsuccessful.

Lead reviewer Dr Steve Boorman said: ‘The review is a vital opportunity for everyone across the NHS workforce, from hospital porters to SHA chief executives, to have their say on the quality of health and well-being in the NHS workforce.’
