Patient responsiveness key for practices says GPC

GPC negotiator Dr Beth McCarron-Nash is backing the BMA's patient responsiveness document, saying patients are the profession's allies.

She said: ‘Patients are often our best advocates. The Support Your Surgery campaign showed how much patients do value their local surgery. This is part of the ongoing work to make sure we can count on the support of patients and hopefully have a long-term relationship with them.’

Dr McCarron-Nash explains the purpose of the document in detail in a BMA interview on YouTube.
