Pair charged with honeymoon GP murder

Police have charged two men with the murders of trainee GP Dr Catherine Mullany and her husband Ben in Antigua.

The couple, from Ponterdawe, near Swansea, were shot in their apartment last month on the last day of their honeymoon.

A 20-year-old and a 17-year-old appeared before magistrates in St Johns, Antigua, charged with murder and robbery.

Dr Mullany was due to start work as a GP registrar in September at the Tabernacle Street Surgery in Skewen, South Wales.
