RCGP chairman Professor Steve Field has warned that the £20bn cash crisis faced by the NHS will require major changes to the way that GPs work.
Following a roundtable debate with England's national director of improvement and efficiency, Jim Easton, Professor Field explains how he believes primary care must change to help lead the NHS through the 'dire' period ahead.
