News in brief: NHS IT strategy ‘set to fail'

The DoH’s NHS IT strategy ‘is not going to work’ according to one of its major contractors. Andrew Rollerson, project leader at Fujitsu, warned there was a risk that firms involved in the project would end up delivering ‘a camel and not a racehorse’. His comments were reported in Computer Weekly magazine.
