Mölnlycke Produces Patient Literature in Urdu

Mölnlycke Health Care has translated its Epaderm and Tubifast patient literature into Urdu, in response to demand from GPs and nurses in Leicestershire, Bradford and Birmingham.

GPs and nurses in these areas see a lot of patients whose first language isn’t English and they advised Mölnlycke Health Care of the need for patient material in Urdu.

The patient literature is aimed at parents and carers of children suffering from eczema.  The colourful leaflet includes illustrations of how Epaderm emollient and Tubifast Garments can be used to treat eczema.  This includes using them for both wet and dry wrapping. The illustrations are supported with Urdu copy explaining the procedure.

Nurses and healthcare professionals can obtain copies of the patient material by contacting  Mölnlycke Health Care on 0800 7311 876.
