Information on the latest primary care mental health research has been published by the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS), a networked organisation of groups within the University of Manchester and partner NHS Trusts.

The document aims to give health professionals an overview of the projects and publications recently completed or being worked on by researchers in the IHS. It is divided into four themes: improving the quality and delivery of primary care mental health; accessing psychological therapies and self-management; delivering education and training; and the social and policy context of primary mental health care. It also gives details on how some of the projects have made an impact on mental health policy in the UK and abroad.

Copies can be downloaded from the website.
