This map shows which of three primary care co-commissioning models CCGs have been approved to adopt from April 2015.

NHS England has so far approved CCGs to take on level 3, fully delegated powers, and level 2, joint commissioning. The map will be updated when CCGs taking on level 1 are approved.

National director for commissioning strategy at NHS England Ian Dodge has called the transfer of primary care commissioning powers to CCGs 'a massive vote of confidence' in the organisations.
