Letters, Calls and Emails: Most patients are not dissatisfied by access

Dear Editor

Ninety per cent of my patients are able to book an appointment with a specific GP, 89 per cent can get an appointment within 48 hours and 91 per cent are satisfied with their phone calls.

What does that show? That my patients are satisfied and there is no real need for me to extend my surgery
