Both Avon and Worcestershire LMCs complained that cancer patients would suffer because public health minister Dawn Primarolo had urged them to make practice appointments to discuss free scrips ‘this week’ even though guidance was yet to reach GPs.

The DoH today responded to a Healthcare Republic request to publish the guidance and here it is.

Practices may well still be without the forms needed to help the cancer patients.
