Family Learning Week offers participating health organisations the chance to link their event and organisation with a high profile campaign to create a huge impact on the national family learning stage and big learning splash locally. The focus on fun helps to attract even the most reluctant coach potatoes into learning about health, providing the perfect opportunity to inform families about other issues, activities and resources.
Family Learning Week can make a real difference to family lives and help improve the learning and skills of adults and children alike. Family Learning Week also provides the opportunity to build partnerships with other local organisations.
The overall theme of Family Learning Week is Discovery but health organisations can organise their own activities to suit their own resources and objectives as well as the needs and interests of the families themselves.
