Letter: BMA subs discount for those on lower incomes

I read with interest Dr Jeremy Phipps' excellent article on the main professional bodies appropriate for GPs (GP, 5 February).
I would like to add to this that in the case of the BMA, the annual subscription is reduced if income is shown to be below a certain amount.
