RCGP chairman featured in Guardian cartoon
By Tom Moberly, 17 August 2010
RCGP chairman Professor Steve Field has been featured in a Guardian cartoon alongside prime minister David Cameron.
The online cartoon also includes deputy prime minister Nick Clegg and chancellor George Osborne.
Professor Field is depicted telling Mr Cameron: ‘On the whole, it’s worse than I thought.’ Mr Osborne is shown in the background of the image wielding a scalpel.
Cartoonist Ben Jennings appears to have decided that despite his recent media appearances, Professor Field is not yet as recognisable as the politicians featured, and so has given him a name badge in the image.
