Professor Mike Pringle will be discussing the development of appraisals to fit the new revalidation system.
Professor Mike Pringle: Enhancing medical appraisal at the RCGP Annual Conference
Professor Pringle is professor of general practice in the University of Nottingham, revalidation lead for the RCGP and medical director of the Revalidation Support Team (RST).
He will be joined by experts from the RST to discuss experiences of annual appraisals, how the process will need to evolve and the new responsibilities for appraisers and local primary care organisations.
