Mike O'Brien on the abolition of practice boundaries

Health minister Mike O'Brien explains his plans to abolish practice boundaries next year, and claims that the RCGP has backed the government.
But later at the conference, RCGP chairman Professor Steve Field denied that the college supported the abolition of boundaries, saying the idea was 'crazy'.
