24-hour retirement
By Dr Tony Grewal, 07 February 2012
Q: I found your article (GP 1 February) on 24-hour retirement very interesting as I plan to retire and return to my practice as a partner in 2013. Concerning the limit of 16 hours' NHS work in the first month, would I be able to work two eight-hour days a week and take the remaining three days as annual leave? Would this entitle me to my normal profit share?
